The Janazah package: $4,335, plus taxes. Ghusl, Kafan, transport to the mosque for Salat al-Janazah, burial, and every government formality. The decedent is taken into our care at any hour, nights, weekends and holidays included.
Our staff perform the ritual washing according to the prescriptions, always in the presence of a family member or a representative of the mosque who attests to its conformity.
You do not have to take our word for it: someone of yours is there. And if your mosque would rather its own volunteers perform the washing, say so — we make the room and the water available to them.
Islam does not permit it and we have no business imposing it on you. This package includes no embalming.
One point worth knowing, because it has concrete consequences: section 91 of the same regulation provides that a body on which no embalming has been performed must be kept at 4 °C or below twenty-four hours after death. We therefore use refrigeration, never embalming. It is one more reason to act without delay, and we tell you in advance rather than letting you find out.
With taxes, the package comes to $4,984.17. The Quebec Pension Plan death benefit is a maximum of $2,500: $2,484.17 remains. It is never automatic — it requires that the person who died contributed enough to the Plan — and it is taxable in the income of the estate. We apply for it on your behalf, at no charge.
The plot and the cemetery fees are not included: they belong to the cemetery and are settled directly with it.
We serve the Muslim section of Jardins de la Rive-Sud and the MAC cemetery, and we take your loved one wherever your family or your mosque wishes.
We do not seek to place ourselves between you and your community. Several mosques in Greater Montreal ask us for exactly this chain — care of the decedent, washing, casketing, transport for the prayer, burial — because they hold no funeral director's licence and must go through a licensed business. That is precisely what this package covers, and it is why it exists.
This is a burial package. We will not offer you an alternative, and we will not start a conversation about the savings cremation would allow.
At no extra charge, and rigorously the same as in all our packages. This is the part of the work everyone underestimates, the part that exhausts families who take it on alone — and the part no one carries for them.

The tradition calls for burial without delay — ideally before the next sunset — and everything we do is built to make that possible. We take your loved one into our care at any hour, nights, weekends and holidays included, and we carry the Ghusl, the paperwork and the coordination with the cemetery through in the right order.
Give us your mosque's timing on the first call, and we organize the day around it.
Our staff perform it according to the prescriptions, always in the presence of a family member or a representative of the mosque who attests to its conformity. You do not have to take our word for it: someone of yours is in the room.
If your mosque would rather its own volunteers perform the washing, say so: we make the room and the water available to them.
Never for this package. Islam does not permit it and we have no business imposing it on you.

Yes. The white shroud is prepared according to the Sunnah and included in the package. If your family brings its own Kafan, we use it.
We serve the Muslim section of Jardins de la Rive-Sud and the MAC cemetery, and we take your loved one wherever your family or your mosque wishes.
The plot and the cemetery fees are not included in our price: they belong to the cemetery and are settled directly with it. We will tell you what to ask and in what order.
Yes, and its schedule sets ours. Transport of the decedent to the mosque for the prayer, then on to the cemetery, is included in the package.
Give us your imam's name and number on the first call. Several mosques in Greater Montreal ask us for exactly this chain — care of the decedent, washing, casketing, transport for the prayer, burial — and that is what this package covers.
Quebec cemeteries require one in practice. The package includes a plain lined composite container, consistent with cemetery requirements and with the simplicity the tradition calls for.

That is half of what this package solves: a death on a Friday evening should not cost two days to a family that must bury without unnecessary delay.
That is a different route, with its own requirements: consular documents, a sealed casket, and most often embalming imposed by the destination country or the airline. We cannot get around that.
Call us before buying anything: we will tell you what the destination country actually requires, and what it costs.
All of it, at no extra charge: declaration of death, five official attestations, the request and the authorizations, ordering the documents from the Registrar of Civil Status, the Quebec Pension Plan death benefit application and the official receipt for funeral expenses paid.
Then the cancellations — health insurance card, social insurance number, driver's licence, housing allowance, hunting and firearms possession licences, passport, GST and QST accounts, Retraite Québec pension, allowances from the Ministry of Employment and Social Solidarity —, the notices to Revenu Québec and the Canada Revenue Agency, and the Estate Assistance platform. That is the part no one carries for the family, and it is included here.
Ask for the numbers and verify them. Ours: funeral services business licence 25FUN0002, issued by Santé Québec, and Quebec enterprise number (NEQ) 1180480882 with the Registraire des entreprises du Québec. We are also a funeral transporter authorized by the Office of the Chief Coroner of Quebec.
Islamic funeral accompaniment in accordance with the Sunnah: care of the decedent at any hour, nights, weekends and holidays included, transport to our licensed facilities, refrigerated temporary custody in accordance with section 91 of the regulation, Ghusl performed in the presence of a family member or mosque representative who attests to its conformity, Kafan prepared according to the Sunnah, plain lined composite container consistent with cemetery requirements, transport to the mosque for Salat al-Janazah, transport to the cemetery and the equipment needed for the interment, and all sixteen government formalities.
